I took my truck to this establishment because of a mechanic referral. It took them a little over three weeks to diagnose the issue, I had to call them 3 times during this timespan to get updates on why it was taking so long. Each time I called I was told that they were planning on diagnosing the issue within the next couple of days. Clearly this was not the case seeing as how I had to call back multiple times. When they finally did get to it I decided to do the work myself as there were concerns about how long the repair would take them, and the estimate was overpriced. When I went down there and paid over $50 for the diagnosis, my truck was disgusting on the inside. The steering wheel was covered in dirt/grease and there was considerable dirt/grease on the inside of the door and on my dashboard. Lastly, when I went to start(and complete) the repairs myself that night, to my surprise, I discovered a bone dry fuel tank. When I took the vehicle in for repair there was a considerable amount of fuel in it. The gentleman I spoke with there was nice, but I feel as though the whole process was one of insincerity on their part and I did not feel valued as a customer. I would not recommend to other repair seekers.
I know these guys for many years, they are the best, most reliable mechanical shop in town. They might be expensive but any dealer will charge you more. I know JR for at least 12 years and he's a professional with many years of expertise.
